How do I place an order?

Browse products on the home page, add what you want to your cart, and continue to checkout. When you move to checkout, SellMandi asks you to login with OTP before the order can be placed.

Do I need to login before adding to cart?

No. You can browse the site and build your cart first. Login is required only when you are ready to checkout and confirm the order.

How does checkout work?

The current web experience uses cash on delivery. After OTP login, you review the order details, confirm the address information, and place the order for payment on delivery.

What if OTP login is not working?

  • Check that the mobile number is entered correctly
  • Wait briefly and use the resend option if needed
  • Make sure your device can receive SMS messages
  • If the issue continues, contact support with your registered mobile number
