Using the site
By accessing or using SellMandi, customers agree to use the platform lawfully and provide accurate information during login, checkout, and support interactions.
Orders, pricing, and checkout
Product listings, pricing, and availability may change over time. Orders are subject to confirmation, stock status, and serviceability. The current web checkout flow is based on OTP login and cash on delivery.
Customer responsibilities
- Provide accurate mobile, address, and order information
- Use the platform honestly and do not place fraudulent or abusive orders
- Interact respectfully with support teams and delivery personnel
- Report issues truthfully and within a reasonable time
Cancellations, restrictions, and account action
SellMandi may limit, cancel, or refuse orders where necessary for stock issues, suspected fraud, misuse, policy violations, or operational reasons. Accounts may also be restricted or closed if the platform is misused.
