How to request deletion
Email contact@sellmandi.com with the subject line Account Deletion Request.
Please include these details
- Your registered mobile number
- Your full name
- Any active order or listing details, if relevant
- Any issue that prevents you from accessing the account directly
What we delete
Once the request is verified, we will remove or anonymize account information associated with your SellMandi profile, subject to any retention we must keep for legal, fraud prevention, dispute handling, abuse prevention, or compliance reasons.
Processing and retention
Verified requests are processed within a reasonable timeframe. Some limited records may remain where retention is required by law or needed to protect the platform, investigate abuse, or resolve open issues connected to orders or account activity.
